A mortgage brokers primary role is to gain a deep understanding of your financial position and your goals to then assist you in selecting a lender or lenders who will be most likely to approval your loan application. Further to this a mortgage broker will typically prepare, submit and manage your application with your chosen lender, all the way through to settlement. Most brokers will also stay in touch with you after your loan is settled to make sure everything is working as it should and will remain available to answer any questions, assist with any problems and changes as required.

Mortgage brokers meet with you to understand your circumstances and goals. We collect your supporting documents such as ID and payslips and find the best home loan for your situation. We do all the paperwork and help you through the process from start to finish. After you have purchased a property or refinanced an existing property, a good mortgage broker will keep in touch with you and continue to negotiate your interest rate with the lender on your behalf

Mortgage brokers are an important part of the home loan approval process. They act as a middleman between the borrower and the lender, helping to facilitate the loan application process. When a borrower applies for a home loan, the mortgage broker will assess their financial situation and credit history, and then shop around to find the best loan product for their needs. The broker will then submit the loan application to the lender, and negotiate with them on the borrower’s behalf to secure the best terms and conditions. The mortgage broker also helps the borrower to understand the loan process, and provides guidance and advice on the different loan products available. They will also help to ensure that the loan application is completed correctly, and that all the necessary paperwork is in order. Mortgage brokers can save borrowers time and money by helping them to find the best loan product for their needs. They can also provide valuable advice and guidance throughout the loan application process.
